Michigan Tour 2013
I know, I know...I haven't blogged forever...again. Well, I had to make a photo book for Mom to take on our latest adventure so I finally got around to organizing pictures from our Michigan Trip in May 2013. So here is stop one on that trip. We went with Knight Tours for their "Tulip Trip". They were going to three different places in Michigan and I was excited to make it back to the state where I served my mission, even if it was a very, very different part of the state. We flew in to Grand Rapids and picked up a bus for Holland, MI. They are known for their tulips and have Tulip Days every year. We missed the crowd by going the week before, but the flowers were still out and GORGEOUS. If these are too many pictures of tulips- sorry, I've decided that they are my favorite flower to photograph. The colors are always so bright and fun. We also visited Windmill Island.
