Renissance Festival
Monday we decided to go to the Renaissance Festival. Annette and Alita had been once before and said it was pretty cool. I'd never been to one at all, so i was game. Once we got there, it was pretty fun. The problem was getting there.
For some reason, I think there was a road closure or something, it took us FOREVER to get to the Festival. It is held out past Apache Junction, but still, goodness people.
I was a little unsure of what to do first when we got there. So we looked around for a minute and then stepped into an on-going performance of "Hey Nunnie, Nunnie" It was so funny. We actually ended up going to it again and then we bought they're DVD. They were that good.

That was the only show we really watched. We tried to stay for another guy who was supposed to be doing a funny version of Romeo and Juliet, but it wasn't very funny, so we left.
Other than that, we just walked around and enjoyed the sites. It's a pretty cool set up they have.
After walking around we decided to head out before the tournament was over so we wouldn't get stuck in too much traffic. i don't know that I'll do it every year, but it was a fun thing to go to.
