Ogden Dinosaur Park
Mom and I finally went to the Ogden Eccles Dinosaur Park. We've seen advertisements for it forever, and have actually had a coupon for almost that long. So we stopped finding excuses and went. It was really fun. Not quite as impressive as Thanksgiving Point, but a lot closer.
It was really the perfect size for smaller children. Too bad the only kid Mom had to take passed the "small" category some time ago.
The coolest part inside was this anamatronic display they had with a Triceratops and a T-Rex getting ready to fight. The Tritop was protecting babies (who were really cute.)
Outside was a big "walk-a-bout" with different dinosaurs in the trees and hanging around. It was pretty impressive.
Of course, Mom insisted on having a picture of me. We're going to make her into a photographer yet.
The next best part of the park was their playground. It was awesome, and I was so sad to be to big to get away with playing there. Looks like a certain little girl will have to come and visit us sometime
Then again, I can just take a picture with this random little boy who jumped in. He and another little girl were doing that to everyone's picture. I guess they're not shy.
